Supply chain management can be a pleasant and elegant experience.

What am I buying? How much will it cost? When will it be here?

Believe it or not, but many companies in this day and age of groundbreaking technology still use the most basic of spreadsheets to manage their businesses!

When you think of it, moving “stuff” from Point A to Point B on paper seems pretty easy, that is, until we begin to introduce humans into the equation.

Suppliers, for any number of reasons, can become unreliable and throw off production and delivery.

Buyers, can become difficult to work with or problematic when it comes to payment.

And the basic Microsoft Excel doc isn’t going to give you that predictive analysis and insight to tell you that it might be time to find a new resource.

Why Spreadsheets

We also needed to know what the spreadsheets were doing right, and what could suck less to improve their workflow and give them more of their days back.

Intuitive Design Heuristics

What do we think we know about our users, and more so, what is their comfort zone when it comes to adopting new products and tools into their workflow.
